1. ELIGIBILITY
The Chicken Cock Whiskey x Bourbon & Beyond 2025 VIP Giveaway (“VIP Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grain & Barrel Spirits (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, agencies, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the VIP Giveaway.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The VIP Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on August 4, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the VIP Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated methods are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) 4-Day VIP passes to Bourbon & Beyond, taking place in Louisville, KY from September 18–21, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $1,600. Prize includes tickets only. Travel, lodging, food, and other expenses are not included.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 1, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email. The selected winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within that window, another entrant will be selected and notified in the same manner. Sponsor will attempt up to three (3) alternate selections before the prize is forfeited.
Winner must provide proof of age (valid government-issued ID) to claim the prize. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical failures that may impact the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
If the VIP Giveaway is compromised by a virus, fraud, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the VIP Giveaway and select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.
8. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Grain & Barrel Spirits, Bourbon & Beyond, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this VIP Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
This VIP Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Bourbon & Beyond. Any questions must be directed to Sponsor.
9. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the VIP Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
