STEP 1: TASTE WHAT TIME BUILT
We'll guide you through a tasting of barrels from the heart of Kentucky — each with its own swagger, shaped by time, grain, and the heat of the rickhouse. While you’re in Circa 1856 in Bardstown, you'll find the one.
STEP 2: STAMP YOUR NAME ON IT
Once you pick your barrel, we’ll bottle it at full proof and slap your name or business on the label. It’s your whiskey — might as well let everyone know it.
STEP 3: SHARE (OR DON'T)
Whether you’re stocking your bar, treating your VIPs, or filling your own damn shelves, every pour will come with a story. One that starts with you.

Only a very limited number of barrels are available each year — only 10 will be available for selection at Circa 1856. First come, first poured.
