Old Fashioned

The 1856 Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Chicken Cock Rye
¼ oz Demerara Syrup
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Pour over large cube in rocks glass. Garnish with 1 expressed orange peel and bourbon soaked cherry.

Whiskey-Sour

The 1862 Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Chicken Cock Bourbon
¾ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ oz Fresh Orange Juice
1 Egg White
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

DIRECTIONS

Build all ingredients in mixing tins (minus egg white and bitters). Shake until chilled. Double strain. Add 1 egg white to cocktail and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe and add 4 dashes of bitters.

Boulevardier

The 1927 Boulevardier

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Chicken Cock Bourbon
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Sweet Vermouth

DIRECTIONS

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Pour over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with 1 burnt orange peel.
