INGREDIENTS
2 oz Chicken Cock Rye
¼ oz Demerara Syrup
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Pour over large cube in rocks glass. Add raw sugar to 1/2 moon of orange and torch until brûléed and garnish.
Miller's Manhattan
INGREDIENTS
1oz Chicken Cock Bourbon
1oz Chicken Cock Rye
1/4oz Nonino Amaro
3/4oz Cocchi Di Torino
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to mixing glass and add ice. Stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Express 1 orange peel and discard. Garnish with brandied cherry.
Wildflower in Paris
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Chicken Cock Bourbon
3/4oz Lemon Juice
1/2oz Mint Syrup
1/2oz Peach Liquor
Top of with Ice Tea
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients minus iced tea in mixing tins and add ice. Shake until chilled and diluted. Strain into collins glass over fresh ice cubes. Top with ice tea. Garnish with lemon wheel and fresh mint sprig.
